Temperature sensor 700

Your engine has two temperature sensors. One is for the gauge (it's a one-wire gizmo) and the other is for the FI system (and it's a two-wire gizmo).

The temperature gayge sensor is in the head, approximately under intake runner #2. The FI sensor is in the head, approximately under intake runner #3.

I am assuming, of course, that you don't mean an ambient temp sensor, interior temp sensor, engine oil temp sensor, or tranny temp sensor.
