Wheel Swaps/ Bolt pattern 120-130

Justin;

I have to totally agree with your dad (although his judgement is suspect based on the other car mentioned!) As your pic shows, Minilites (and their derivatives) are (really) sharp on a 122 or 1800...there's not a straight line on the wheels, just like the cars!

BTW, one of the Saint's cars (the '67) was also equipped with them. See: http://www.saint.org/volvo.htm

My white '66 1800 has Carrol Shelby's "Mini-Europa" version with a darker "silvervane" finish, for a couple of pixs see: http://www.intelab.com/swem/gallery.htm

Kenz;

The bolt pattern on 122s and 1800s(early) is a Ford RWD pattern (can you say full circle?). With the 140s and late (discs, injected)1800s, Volvo changed to a unique bolt pattern (thanks for nothing!).

Cheers, Ron
