I do believe it'll be do-able. Obviously, wind resistance would prolly be the biggest factor.
I've once done 110mph on Highway 14 in my '79 245, after a tranny swap to an AW71L. It wasn't even turning 4k at that point. Gearing was so high, though, that the slightest of inclines sends the speedo downwards. :)
My bigger concern of going faster at that point were my tires ... I really don't want to find out what'll happen to a set of SR-rated (112mph max.) tires that came from a junkyard.
