Last of the Subaru Legacy Wagons. Bonus if you can get the GT with a stick.

The very sweet 2(?) year only in the US Mazda6 wagon.

I am a huge fan of the BMW 540 wagon pre-Vanos if you are like me and REALLLY wan RWD. A little older than your target and near impossible to find in the US.
