Radio question- 240

The original cassette/radio in my 83' stopped playing the right channel- I tried a new speaker directly off of the unit- nothing- unfortunately the shops who will repair them want north of $250. So I found a NOS am/fm radio only from the early 80's - it has no wiring harness and the installation diagrams show it installed to the dash speaker... I don't know much about car audio- it obviously only has one channel- can I run it to both door speakers? or should I put it on ebay and move on?
