No start - how to replace cap & rotor 700 1991

It helps to open the hood fully. There is a catch on each hood hinge when moved, allows the hood to go completely vertical. This extra access is quite helpful when getting at the disributor.

The only tool you need is the 8mm socket/wrench. Mark which wire goes where before removing.

Make sure that the rotor is lined up with the groove and pushed completely in before you put on the cap. The rotor should not spin if it is on properly.
