IS FCP Groton going bad?

FCP has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to inquiries. A great customer service attitude in my experience. My minor gripe is the website that used to be an encyclopedia of useful Volvo information is now the same old pull down windows any worldpac site has. A more serious gripe is the uncertainty of getting Volvo, or OEM, or OEM equivalent or lesser substituted parts in effort to obtain Sachs or Bosch or Volvo or whatever first rate parts. I occasionally found it too difficult to predict exactly what I would get. To the point where I have started to use parts sites where it is easier to determine the exact nature of the part. On the other hand, you have not lost a lucrative customer in me, I do not buy much new any more, having great alternative sources in recycled goodies. But I know for sure Volvo people on the web are head and shoulders above almost any other group you can think of in terms of responsibility, honesty and ability.
