Bad Overdirve Relay?

Ok, Scratch that, reverse it. The switch does not make a clicky sound when i press the O/D button. So a recap, no 4th gear, o/d light stays on, no clicky noise when i press the switch. I'm pretty sure that the relay is out, but my Dad doesn't believe me, he just thinks its a bad wire.

1987 240, it has a glass pack! and custom intake! It sounds good...I just wish 4th gear would work...
