This may be too simple to warrant a post, but here goes.

I need to pull the distributor rotor on my 86 240. I tried to pull it off, but it doesn't want to come. The Haynes manual says that the rotor should usually just pull off. This is a Volvo rotor. Any tricks I should know or just pull harder??
