Are a non turbo fuel assembly/pump (8 valve) interchangable with a fuel assembly/pump (turbo), please help!!!!! 700

Hello guys!

I really need to know whether or not a fuel pump assembly from a 1986 turbo wagon (8 valve) interchangable with a non turbo 8 valve motor. I need to swap out the non-turbo wagon's fuel assembly/pump from inside the tank. I have a fuel assembly/pump from a DONOR 1986 740 gle turbo wagon (A.T. AW-70). I want to replace the current fuel assembly/pump from my 1988 740 gle non-turbo wagon. The steel return line on the 88 is leaking badly. Will the pump from the turbo wagon be too much psi for the non-turbo? Would I have to modify anything if I were to install the turbo fuel assembly onto the non-turbo 8 valve application? The top of both of the assemblies itself are very similar in terms of wiring, lines/connections, even the pump size/setup, its just that it is a turbo one, please help!!! The dealers could not even help me! Other than to state that the numbers between the two are different.

1988 740 gle wagon (non-turbo) 8 valve AW-70 A.T. WELL CARED FOR CURRENTLY 433,000 ORIGINAL MILES.

Best Regards!
