A/C and radio not coming on

Hi all, I have a problem I have not seen here before. When I start the '96 960 the A/C and radio do not come on occationally. If I restart the car one or two times it will finally work. Normally after the car is started it takes a couple of seconds for the A/C to come on. But when the radio does not come on with it I know it will require a restart. Is there a relay that may be getting flaky? Thanks for the help. Paul
