question about 'burping' sound on cold start-up after installation of new exhaust system 200

Now that I have the new exhaust, I am having a little issue when I start the car when it is cold. When you turn over the engine, it sounds as if a "burp" is eminating from the exhaust system. Is there perhaps a reason for this? When the car is "warm," this sound is non-exisistent on start-up. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
