240 stalls at idle when at normal operating temperature 200 1991

I have a 1991 240 with a little over 120,000 miles> It runs great but lately it has started to stall when idleing when warmed up. It doesnt stall when I first start to drive if I stop and let it idle, but starts to idle badly and stall in traffic once it reaches normal operatin temp. I looked in vain for vacuum leaks.
What is my next step?
