88 744t leak by oil filter lines and small AC question 700

oil question:
I recently replaced the motor mounts in my 88 744t w/265k. I changed the mounts to the older solid rubber type because I am cheep. But in order to get to one of the bolts securing the mounts I had to undo one of the two lines coming into the oil filter housing. This is a turbo so it has the repositioned filter. I put everything back together and the engine sits about 2 inches higher than it did before. Excellent. However, it now leaks oil from the line that I unscrewed.

I took the line back off to see if there was an oring or a crush washer that needed replaced but I didn't see anything. Why is this line leaking?

AC question:
Just patched up the retrofitted AC on the car. It calls for 2.4lbs of refrigerent. Sooo this is about 38.9oz of refrigerent if 16oz=1lbs right? The cans I bought were 12oz and I put two in and one quarter and then a can of ester oil w/2oz of 134. Thus my system is charged with about 30 oz of 134 and could use 9 more ounces?
My question is simply whether this is how ounces convert from pounds concerning AC refrigerent or if there is some something different going on before I overfill my AC.
