740 widshield S90-V90 1986

I need to replace the windshield on my 86 740T. The black plastic trim is also in bad (terrible) shape. When I replaced the windscreen on my 84 240GLE, I upgraded to a newer one (1992) that came with the trim attached. Is this also possible on the 740, or will I have to stick with the old version and order new trim separately?
