We park the car with the front slightly downhill, i.e., the back part of the car is higher than the front. We've also noticed that the trunk is wet...wondering if the seals on the trunk are leaking .....is there a way or passage that the water could drain towards the front of the car during rainstorms? ??
The driver's floor has been full of water the past two rainstorms..yesterday I took out seat and used flashlight while assistant drenched the windshield and cowl vents...no leak. My only other lead is the floor drain plugs which were recently removed and reinstalled when I vacuumed the cowl vent system.
Is there a way for water to drain from the trunk towards the front without getting the back floors wet??? Seems highly unlikely.
