This is unrelated to the earlier posts. My 91 745 showed me something new today. When I start the car, the speedo goes to 40 MPH, then settles to 25 MPH before I start rolling. Judging from RPM, it is still accurate, but won't drop below 25 for about 10 minutes of driving. Then , when stopped, it jumps up and down from zero to about 25, and after another few minutes finally settles down. What is this freaking thing doing?!!!!!! It is driving me mad!!!. Thanks for your help.
