IAC Valve leaking Oil 700 1989

760T - Oil is leaking from the IAC -- appears to be coming out of the IAC through the connector. Is is safe to assume that if oil is leaking then certainly air is leaking too? If so, anyone that has rebuilt these are there seals available for replacement -- or is it best based on this symptom to replace rather than rebuild. As for functionality, the IAC is working fine.
