Sounds like a baby seal in my tranny 200 1993

Hello fellow brickers,
I have noticed a new "sound." I put the car in reverse and back up, when I put the car back in drive (the car is still rolling backwards, but barely) and it sounds like a baby seal is "ART-ING" under my car, also the car shakes a little. Could it be a bushing? Or something worse... The car doesn't do it at anyother time. It's a 93 that just broke the 50,000 mile mark. Oh and also, tomorrow I'm changing over to the Syntheic Blend oil and I was wondering about that whole switching the filter after 1000 miles.
