Oil Filters 200 1989

Its time to for me to change my oil cause my dad is 500 miles away. So what oil and filter do yall brickheads use that I can get down at the parts store or Wal-Mart. I know my dad used Mann oil filters but I cant find them in the store and I cant order them.
