Freeze plugs removal/refitting 140-160

Hi all,

I'm in the process of putting my B20E back together and since I'm at it, I thought it'd be a good idea to take the freeze plugs out and see what's behind (the block has been standing for a long long while). I got the new plugs and having seen their thickness, I'm wondering what I need to take the old ones out: is there a special tool I could go around easily, is it a matter of drilling a hole in the middle and lever it out? I've never done it so any tip will be highly valuable to me!! And what about the refitting: should I just hammer them in place and leave them? Do they have to distort in a certain way so they don't pop out again? Which side has to face the outside of the engine?

Well, in other words: heeelp ;-) !!

Thanks in advance, Seb
