Temp Guage Reading 200 1991

Temp guage reading is about 1st 3rd of guage or less.
1. What is the normal reading -- should it be about half way when warm?
2. What is the actual corresponding coolant temperature at this reading?
3. Also, in a moderate climate approx how long should it take for the vehicle to reach normal operating temperature?

Thanks
