1991 240 Check Engine Light and, rough idling 200 1991

I have a 1991 240 sedan. Last week the check engine light turned on and it started idling rough. then when i started driving it had no power. I took it to my shop and they replaced the crankshaft position sensor, Throttle position sensor, and temp sensor. The problem still continues. What I noticed is if I disconnect the battery it is ok for like an hour. Then the problem reoccurs. Any help would be appreciated.
