Coolant Pump Disaster 200 1987

My '87 240 brick wagon ate both of the v-belts which previously spun the alternator and the coolant pump. Neither belt was very old, but both were seriously chewed up. Looks like they kissed the fan. I found the remnants of both belts down below the radiator with fresh coolant on them. I don't see any evidence of leakage around the coolant pump, but there is very serious play or wobble in the coolant pump pulley. Do I need a new pump or pulley or both?? The pulley will spin by hand pressure, so I'm assuming the pump is not seized. Any help and suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Scott
