Use of Chevron Delo 400 multigrade SAE 15W-40 w/ '86 240 DL with 79K

Please excuse if redundant, but my conclusion is that with my 1986 240 DL with 79K miles (that’s all) that the Costco Chevron Delo 400 multigrade SAE 15W-40 would work well in my car. And that there is nothing that would be problematic in using this well thought of oil. I use Mann filters. ‘Live in Southern California. That my car is, obviously, not a diesel, nor a turbo is clear. Yet some, on this forum have indicated that this oil is close in value to synthetic. I appreciate any response. Jerry
