Test for ignition switch? 900 1995

940 non-turbo

I think my ignition switch is going south.

How do I confirm this? there is no crank when engine has run for sometime. Starter changed already. Transmission safety switch is ok because car start ok when cold.
This leaves only the ignition switch.

Perhaps this could be a cue, car crank and starts ok immediately after the car has run for some time and after switched off. It only fails to crank, (no turning over) after car is left to cool for a while (within 10 min).

What electrical test do I perform before I get a new one. Read that the R & R is quite simple.

Thanks
Laozong
