Problem with locks freezing 900

When the temperature drops to ~ 20ºF (~ -7ºC), my locks on my '93 945T just freeze up, can't turn the key at all. If the temperature rises to freezing or if I park my car in my garage (well above freezing), I can use a key without any troubles.

I can lock and unlock from the inside without trouble, but I just can't turn the key in any of the three locks (two doors, one back hatch).

Any ideas? Yesterday I had to park at work with one of my doors unlocked, nothing happened but it isn't something I want to get into the habit of doing.

Thanks!
