'check Engine ' after oil change

I have a 94' 940 Turbo wagon. Someone did oil change for me yesterday. After it was done, I started the engine and the engine stalled after I drove about 3min. I restarted again and drove back. That guy found the cable on the air mass meter was unplugged! After plugging back, I could drive again and no stalling till now. However I found the "check Engine" lamp is on today(It's never happened before). Does anyone think what's the possible reason?
