turbo engine WANTED,

lookin for a turbo engine to but in my 88' 240DL. I know a 740 engine will fit but will a 940? If you have any info on where i can get one i'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

By the way I live in PA so anything reasonably close would be great.
