1990 front window conversion to 91-93 style 200 1990

Pimps, Players, & Brickheads,

Took the summer off (after a two year hard core addiction to the Board and my ride) from the consistent, crazy, & obsessed effort to restore and modify my 240 to ultra pimp status... and I am sorry to say that I haven't participated or posted on the BrickBoard in well over four months. I pray that everyone accepts me back with open arms... my question after searching the archives:

My next ligit project is the conversion of my front window to the 91-93 style. I am removing the old window myself to redo the headliner in a custom color as well as a put in a "new" sunroof w/ cables, etc... so I plan to prep the old window surface for the install.

My local glass shop will do the installation of the new 91-93 style window... what do I need to know about the clipless install? Do I need to tell my glass shop anything in particular? Any hints? Any pitfalls?

All information will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance, Jon

PS: I will always love the BrickBoard and the guys that have helped me over the years!!!
