Horn Wiring Problem 900

I have a 95 960 sedan, and I took the horns off because they stopped working. The plugs were rusty. On one horn the metal sheaths that fit over the prongs of the horn pulled out of white plastic coupling on the harness. So I'm not sure what to do. Any ideas?
