Help, I'm selling my brick! 200

I have a '90 240 wagon with about 206,000 on it. It's been an extremely reliable car (of course it has), but it's time to part with it. It has some issues that will need addressing by the new owner (like an air mass meter and a leaky transmission), but is in pretty good shape. With those things being wrong, should I try selling to a dealer or mechanic, or just the same as any other car? Any ideas? Any ballpark figures as to how much you would ask for it?

Thanks for the help,

sloan
