Need a new alternator and wanted to know what the highest amp output i can get is 200

Need a new alternator and wnated to know what the highest amp output i can get is. I run a lot of electrical (high output stereo, sub amp, computer)in my car and want the most amount of amps I can get out of an alternator. I know i prolly need a second battery too and am willing to hear suggestions there too.

Its a '92 240 wagon with AC (though it doesn't work) and B230 engine
