I am going to be doing a b21ft+i build up this year and i will most likely exceed the hp capacity of my stock m46 transmission. Does anyone have any suggestions on what transmissions i can look at? I would like it to be a trany that i can switch in without very much modification. I was reading a post where someone was saying that a shop was going to put a 740 trany in his auto 240, will a 740 Standard trany bolt into my 240? Is it much better then the 240?

any input would be much appreciated.
