I'm passing on the 77 264. Unless he can't sell it and practally gives it to me, which is doubtfull. I didn't even realize that my 87 240 is a 60th Anniversary car. Well not officially, but I could make up some emblems on my computer and transfer them to vinyl. OK, that was cheesy.
Speaking about pace cars, I did own a 79 Mustang Pace car back in the 80's. Everyone said it was rare, but I still see some around. Over 5,000 built is not rare. I did get what I paid for it when I sold it ten years later. No profit, but 100% return on a car with over 150,000 on it when this kid bought it from me. It's now a bracket car up at Milan last time I saw it. He was running in the high 12's - low 13's too. I had the Recaro seats custom upholstered with my initials on it. The interior was gone and only a roll cage and fiberglass bucket remained. No respect. I wish I had these seats back for my brick.
