Hi. I just bought a used set of 4 Virgo Turbo OEM (15x6") alloy wheels (I'm planning to put them on a '93 240). They're straight and there's no curb rash (I bought it from a guy at the N.J. shore, where there are no curbs or sidewalks :-), but they've got unsightly brown blotches (probably salt, etc.). So....
I want to have them refinished. I've heard good things about "powder coating", and clear coating. What are your suggestions? Are these the right choices, or are there other, better options?
Also, assuming I find some shops that will do this work, what sort of reasonable price should I expect (so I'll know when I'm being "taken")?
And finally, any recommendations of a reputable shop in New Jersey for this alloy refinishing?
Thanks all, in advance.
