744T test drive tomorrow.......what to look for 700 1990

tomorrow morning I am test driving a 1990 744T with 120k miles. The owner says he had the inner cooler cleaned, alternator replaced, sun roof drainage tubes cleaned, and the front rotors replaced in the 3 years he has had it. If I buy the car I will replace the timing belt, water pump, trans and brake fluids, hoses and drive belts tomorrow and Monday. What type of suspension problems naturally occur with 740's? I have a 240 and know what they offer. Is the suspension of the 740 like that of the 240?

the car looks pretty good with some paint fade (he didn't garage the car) and the engine looks very good with no appearance of oil leakage (doesn't appear he cleaned the engine to get it to look this way).
