easy trans swap? 200

I have an 88 240 gl, problem is, the transmission is slipping and i want a 5 speed replacement. I have somehow made friends with the guy at the junkyard, so are any easy swaps available? maybe off a another series volvo? maybe a v6 to go with it? what are some easy replacements to look out for?
