Fuel Pump 700 1990

Just got the car together and now the fuel pump don't work. Worked before I had it towed home, but I had to change the manifold and associated parts, when I tryed to start it, no gas. Do these cars have a relay to operate the fuel pump? If so, where is it please. Also, there is a pump under the car, is there one in the tank too, someone told me there was. Thank you,
