Excessive brake pedal travel before brakes apply 700 1990

I have a 1990 760 Turbo wagon with ABS. The brakes do not start to grab until the pedal is approx. 1 or 2 inches depressed. I've replaced the MC, flushed the fluid, and bled the system twice. I use the EZ Bleeder for the bleeding, so I don't believe there is the issue with the MC being pressed too far in and damaging seals. I'm at a loss. Help soon please. Wife is threatening to take it to the dealer!
