I'm trying to determine what isn't working with my heated seats. There is a single tear in the wires in the heater element, so I belive that needs to be replaced. But after carefully stripping the broken element wires and reconnecting them, it still seems as if the heater relay on the bottom of the seat is not staying on long enough for the initial warm up. Can either the element or the relay be purchased new, and if so, where?

I have the early generation relay leather seats. Thanks for the help!
