I measured the resistance for the Cold Start Injector at the ECU. It measured 12.7 Ohms. Bentley says it should be about 10. Does this mean the CSI may be bad and injecting all the time?

Also Bently says I should be able to get continuity between pin 24 and ground (for O2 sensor harness). I get no continuity. Does this make sense?
