looking for wiper assembly part 120-130

Looking for 1 of these little plastic pieces (called spacer sleeves, #671909) which are located underneath the wiper arm bushings. Also need 1 washer which fits between this plastic piece and metal bushing. I believe they are found only on the cable style wiper assembly setup. Finally nearing end of Amazon restoration, this is one of the last things I'm trying to track down!
