clutch components greasing? 200

One more question regarding my 1984 m46 clutch project. When I put everything back together, where should I grease? I've seen some somewhat conflicting advice here...I'm thinking a little on the input shaft splines, the fork pivot point, and the release bearing shaft. Any other spots?
