Any differences '95 to '93 940 900

I currently own a 93 940 and am looking at a '95 940 to replace my 82 240.

Are there any major differences. Seats, Air bags, etc...

BTW, the car I am looking at is a 95 turbo sedan with 59k on it. This seems to good to be true? What do you think? I havent been to see the car yet but the seller is asking $7995. Seems a little high.
