Light bulb removal? 700

Hello All-
I was a bit eager this morning to get working on my car, even though it's pouring out. I started some little projects inside the car. Well, I managed to break the light bulb behind the heater contols and can not seem to get the remainder of the bulb out.
Would someone please tell me if the light bulb is a push in and turn, a pop in then out or what. It may help me get the rest of the bulb out.
