volvo boneyards in Philadelphia area- need engine 200

Does anyone know of which boneyards in the Philadelphia area might have a good b230 engine for my 90 240 wagon? I was told that sometimes you can find someone there to make the switch....Does anyone know of anyone who might do it at a reasonable rate? Thanks.
