My hydraulic jack won't stay up any more...

After the winter, I found that my 4-year old car jack won't stay up any more, with or without a load; it slowly sinks even though the release valve is fully closed. This is the jack I use for 2-jack operations, since I've since bought a heavier-duty main one.

Does anyone have any tips or resources for jack overhauls/maintenance?
