I'm stuck with o2 sensor/ check engine light 200 1989

My '90 240 was running very poorly. Gas millage dropped dramatically in a short time period. Codes said signal missing from O2 sensor. I just replaced it with a bosch 13913 3 wire (for a ford mustang). It runs a bit better, but then check engine light came back on again. Codes are now 1-1-3 - injector fault, 2-3-1 O2 sensor is not operating, and 2-2-1 O2 sensor not operating. When I check the voltage from the sensor it reads 1.8 volts to 2.0 volts. Can this be right or did I measure it wrong?
