AMM is there a test when Off the car? 200 1989

Got a AMM off of an '89 200 same as mine.

Bentley book Section 241 shows a way to test when Hot.

This AMM has a 6 pin connector numbered 1 thru 6 (very tiny), Is there a way I can test this baby out to see if I have a good spare or Target for the kids and theirt pellet guns?
